Wouldn't it be good

Wouldn’t it be good to enjoy an evening of glitz and glamour with celebrities right here in Ipswich? ITFC Charitable Trust, the main charity of Ipswich Town Football Club, which offers a wide variety of activities for children, young adults and adults across Suffolk, has this week announced details of its 2012 Spring Charity Ball.

Headlining the night will be singer/songwriter Nik Kershaw and MC for the evening will be BBC TV Sports Presenter and Weekend Breakfast Television News Presenter Amanda Davies.

The event is being organised by Adam Clark of Eventuoso, a leading  event management company in East Anglia, and he’s appealing for local businesses to get involved in this high profile event. He’s not only looking for companies in Suffolk to attend but also to donate prizes for the special charity auction to be held on the night. “We’ve had a great response to our calls to individual companies for prizes, already there will the chance to win Dinner, B&B at the Salthouse Harbour Hotel, a signed caricature of Johnny Wilkinson or a fire engine for the day!

Joining Nik and Amanda at the Ball will be newly appointed ITFC Charitable Trust Patron Matt Holland and CEO for the Trust, Terry Baxter. “Our Charity Ball is all about raising money to help youngsters in Suffolk, however it’s also regarded as one of the highlights of the social calendar and a great night out with plenty of first class entertainment throughout the evening. The ball is being held this year at Portman Road in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite on Friday 9th March and guests will enjoy a sumptuous three course dinner followed by dancing. Tickets are already selling fast with tables of ten available to book at either £750 per table or £80 per head for individuals wishing to attend.

Businesses who wish to raise their profile whilst helping a very worthwhile children’s charity here in the County can donate their prizes by calling Eventuoso on 01473 705200 or emailing them info@eventuoso.com. For tickets to this glittering event call Fran on 01473 705209

The ITFC Charitable Trust, relies completely on the generosity of others to survive, and has changed the lives of over 60,000 youngsters with mixed abilities, and from different communities and backgrounds in the last 12 months alone.

“Where else could you enjoy the music of Nik Kershaw, whilst mingling with high caliber guests like Matt Holland and all under the careful orchestration of an MC like BBC TV Presenter Amanda Davies?” Terry concludes.
