At the Trust we offer an exclusive Ipswich Town birthday experience for children every non-match Wednesday, Friday and Saturday!
Two hours of action-packed fun, where the birthday child and their friends can enjoy a coaching football session, a behind the scenes tour of Ipswich Town Football Club and birthday food supplied by Subway.
In addition to this, we will send you full colour official ITFC party invitations for your child to send out to their guests. The guests will also receive party bags and the birthday boy or girl will get a special present and a card signed by members of the first team Ipswich Town squad.
The birthday experience will be made even more special by our excellent party team.
Each party will be allocated their very own party coordinator meaning you can be confident of an enjoyable party experience and great customer service.
This is all for the cost of £13 per child with a minimum number of 10 guests and for an additional charge of £12 we will happily provide an Ipswich Town Football Club birthday cake and candles meaning that’s one less thing for you to worry about!

Frequently asked questions
What times can I book the party for?
Will the football session be indoors or outdoors?
The football session will be outdoors whatever the weather, so please ensure all children have the appropriate clothing.
What footwear should the children wear?
Children should wear shoes that will be comfortable and suitable for playing football in, however please ensure that no football boots with studs are worn.
Are parents of the guests allowed to stay?
Unfortunately due to limited space on Saturdays, only parents and close relatives of the birthday child will be allowed to stay during the party. Parents will now be able to stay and join the party and stadium tour on Wednesday and Friday party nights
Will I have somewhere to park on the day?
There will be free parking on site for the family of the birthday child only.
What food will be served at the birthday party?
The food served at the birthday party will be as follows:
· Fresh selection of sandwiches: cheese (v), ham, turkey, Egg (v), chicken and tuna mayonnaise.
· Crisps
· Freshly Baked Cookies
· Portion of Fruit
· Sqaush
Is there a vegetarian option for the party food?
Yes, there are two vegetarian options for the sandwich selection to choose from which are cheese and egg fillings.
Where do I go when I arrive for the party?
Upon arrival please go to our main gate, which is situated on Constantine Road. A member of our team will be there to meet and greet you and direct you where to go.
